1. Contest Sponsor
The Reclaim Your Peace Giveaway is organized by Thrive + Empowered Collective, based in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Contest Period
The contest opens on November 4, 2026, when the entry form becomes available, and closes on November 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (UTC−7).
Entries received outside the contest period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
The contest sponsor and members of the sponsor's immediate household are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form on the Thrive + Empowered Collective website during the contest period.
The entry form requires:
Full name
Email address
City and province/territory of residence
Telephone number
Confirmation of eligibility and agreement to the Official Contest Rules
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Subscribing to the Thrive + Empowered newsletter is entirely optional and does not affect the chances of winning.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a Thrive + Empowered gift package containing:
One Thrive + Empowered mug
One PEACE coaster
Approximate Retail Value: $45.00 CAD
Shipping or local delivery within Canada is included at no cost to the winner.
The prize has no cash redemption value and is not transferable.
There is one prize available across Canada, with no regional allocation.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
Draw Date: November 30, 2026
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.
The selected entrant will have five (5) business days to respond and confirm eligibility.
If the selected entrant does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Thrive + Empowered Collective may select an alternate entrant through another random draw.
8. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
If the selected entrant does not answer correctly, an alternate entrant may be selected.
9. Prize Delivery
Once the winner has been confirmed, Thrive + Empowered Collective will contact them to arrange shipment or delivery of the prize within Canada.
The winner will not be responsible for shipping or delivery costs.
The prize will be delivered within a reasonable period following confirmation of the winner and their delivery details.
10. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information collected through the contest will be used for contest administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, and prize delivery.
Contest information will not automatically be added to the Thrive + Empowered marketing mailing list.
Participants who separately and voluntarily opt in may receive Thrive + Empowered newsletters and community updates. They may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Thrive + Empowered Collective Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
11. Winner Announcement
The confirmed winner may be invited to consent to the publication of their first name, last initial, and city or province of residence in a contest announcement.
Consent to a public announcement is optional and is not required to receive the prize.
12. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules.
Thrive + Empowered Collective reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entries that violate these rules and to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the contest from being conducted fairly.
All decisions concerning eligibility and winner selection will be made in accordance with these rules and applicable Canadian laws.
