Karlee Rose is an embodied sound and nervous system facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through transformational inner work. Having facilitated more than 500 events and guided over 1,000 people on their healing journeys, she creates immersive experiences that help participants reconnect with themselves and cultivate deeper self-awareness, clarity, and inner safety.
Through a combination of sound-based experiences, somatic practices, and nervous system-informed approaches, Karlee supports meaningful and lasting transformation by helping individuals move beyond intellectual understanding into embodied change. Her work is grounded in the belief that true healing occurs when insight is integrated through the body, allowing for greater alignment, resilience, and connection to one's authentic self.
