Sheila Lewis is a part-Indigenous community advocate and healing arts facilitator with a Diploma in Community Social Work. She is deeply passionate about community, spirituality, and creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and grounded.
Her work focuses on fostering well-being and healing through relationship, creativity, and meaningful connection. Sheila believes that supportive environments allow people to reconnect with themselves, their inner strength, and their sense of belonging.
Through a blend of community social work principles, creative healing arts, and mindfulness-based practices, Sheila creates experiences that nurture emotional wellness, grounding, and self-empowerment. Her approach is gentle, relational, and rooted in the understanding that healing unfolds when individuals feel safe, supported, and connected.
Sheila also facilitates healing art experiences that help calm anxiety, encourage grounding, and open pathways to self-expression. Through creativity, individuals can access deeper parts of themselves that words alone cannot always reach.
At the heart of Sheila’s work is a simple yet powerful intention: helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength, cultural roots, and sense of belonging — both within themselves and within community.
